Operation specifications
(I) Test procedures
1. Turn on the power switch, and the power lamp is on (at this time, no untrained personnel is allowed to enter the yellow warning line for any test operation, which is very dangerous), and check whether the two wings are in the horizontal position, otherwise, use the hand plate to the horizontal position;
2. Put the test sample on the two wings plate and fix it with jig;Everybody stand off the safety line.
3. Lightly press the rise button to raise the two wings to the required test height, and then press the stop button to stop the rise;
4. Press the down and down button to test the free fall of the item, and the test is completed, and the sample condition after the drop test is recorded;
5. Test other products according to the above 2~4 test methods, and make free drop test according to the required surface, Angle and edge.
6. Note: no one is allowed to stand on the work table during drop test!(risk)

(ii) Matters needing attention and maintenance
1. The outer shell of the test machine must be reliably grounded, otherwise there is risk of electric shock;
2. The power inlet shall be connected with air switch and contactor with leakage protection at the same capacity or above, so as to cut off power immediately in case of emergency;
3. When the machine is running, do not touch the part other than the control panel with your hand to prevent scratch or squeeze injury;
4. If you need to move the machine, be sure to cool it for 5 minutes after cutting off the power.
5. After the new machine is installed at the factory, appropriate low concentration oil shall be added at the sliding round pole. Anti-rust oil or high concentration oil and a backlog of corrosive oil are strictly prohibited.
6. If there is too much dust on the oil for a long time, please lower the machine to the lower part.Regularly add lubricating oil to the drive parts of the machine;
7. The dropping machine is a mechanical equipment of impact force. If the new machine is used more than 500 times, tighten each screw to prevent failure.
